There is a familiar problem in the $215 billion auto repair marketplace today:  Thousands of independently owned auto repair garages nationwide cannot support the 'cerebral' vehicles produced in the past decades and are shutting down.  They are collapsing in the same way five and dime stores and hardware stores collapsed before Wal-Mart and Home Depot replaced them.

Based on this, the market needs a new auto repair facility business model to address Americans aging fleet of technology based personal vehicles.  Like Home Depot, we believe the answer lies in enabling the $40 billion do-it-yourself segment of the marketplace, and becoming a 'Community Garage'.

Hands-On Garage is the only successful Full & Self Service Auto Repair Facility in the nation, enjoying a 98% customer satisfaction rate.  We invest in appropriate diagnostic equipment, train the employees how to use it, and dilute the cost with a larger facility and higher customer volume.  We are a proactive garage engaging our customers with technology features.

Hands-On Garage can be replicated throughout America by occupying any of thousands of vacant auto dealership facilities nationwide.  Our infrastructure exists, our employees are trained, and our customers are in need all across the country.  Our business model depends upon and is now ready for regional then national expansion.

Gary Miller, President and Founder, is an International Airline Pilot, former Air Force Pilot and United Nations Peacekeeper in Bosnia.  A combat decorated tactical mission planner, Mr. Miller is the driving force behind both the patriotic need to make positive changes for America and the daily innovations of Hands-On Garage.
