In 1986 Mr. Schiefelbein co-founded Memory and More which is now named Paragon Development Systems (PDS).
PDS has grown 22 out 24 years in business. He is recognized as one of the most innovative chief executive officers in the industry and is the author of the book Get Out of I.T. While You Can.
Craig has directed all aspects of PDS from innovation to market delivery. Twice Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Craig is the co-founder and chairman of the Oconomowoc Area Foundation. He serves as Board Director for First Bank, UW College of Business and Economics; Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Froedtert Hospitals President's Advisory Council, and various civic organizations. Craig has been recognized as "Citizen of the Year" for his philanthropy and community service by the Chamber of Commerce. Recently, Intel named PDS the Top Business Innovator in North America, while Gartner recognized PDS for Outstanding Community Service. Craig is very proud that PDS has been recognized four times for building one of the "Best Places to Work" headquartered in Wisconsin.
