Amidst an October breakfast smorgasbord and the Art Deco style of We Energies’ Auditorium, business leaders, aspiring entrepreneurs and college students alike gathered to hear stories, tips and words of wisdom from two highly successful Milwaukee 7 entrepreneurs at the first BizStarts Milwaukee “Inspirational Entrepreneur“ event.

Craig Schiefelbein, CEO, Paragon Development Systems
Craig Schiefelbein is the co-founder and CEO of Paragon Development Systems (PDS), a 24 year old, $135+ million IT Services Company. PDS Supplies, Implements and Manages IT solutions for blue chip organizations such as Mayo Clinic, Harley Davidson, M&I, Marshfield Clinic, Kohl’s, Alliant Energy, Wheaton Franciscan, and Froedtert. Craig is very proud that PDS has been recognized three times for building one of the "Best Places to Work" in Wisconsin. Craig serves on numerous boards and has been recognized for his community service and philanthropy. Randy Spaulding, CEO, Spaulding Clinical Research
Randy Spaulding is the founder and CEO of Spaulding Clinical Research, a relatively new start-up which conducts Cardiac Safety Testing for new drugs in development. Spaulding Clinical also offers a full suite of Cardiac Core Lab and Over-reading services with state-of-the-art technology and cardiac expertise. Prior to founding Spaulding Clinical, Randy was the Vice President of Clinical Research at Mortara Instrument. Mr. Spaulding also worked for GE Medical Systems for more than six years, where he served as the General Manager of Global Cardiology Services and became a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
