WCEDC provides technical assistance to businesses expanding in, or considering locating in, Waukesha County. This assistance includes financing, site location services, links to training through our partnership with Waukesha County Technical College, and connections to other resources through its membership network.
Facilities, Office & Lab Space
WCEDC maintains a database of sites for commercial and industrial buildings and business parks, as well as offering assistance with sites identified through the choosemilwaukee.com website, a service offered by the Milwaukee 7 economic development initiative.
Financing - Debt
WCEDC provides technical assistance to businesses expanding in, or considering locating in, Waukesha County. This assistance includes gap loan financing through its Revolving Loan Fund. This fund provides low interest financing to eligible businesses up to $200,000 or one-third of project costs, with minimal borrower equity requirements and with appropriate collateral.
Overview
Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation is a public-private partnership of Waukesha County, Waukesha County Technical College, and private business members. WCEDC prepares its business community to compete in the global economy by accelerating innovation awareness and advancing emerging growth sectors such as green technologies.
